At Premium Bikes, we want you to ride with absolute confidence. If your new gear isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange your purchase within 30 days of delivery provided it is in original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and protective components are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized courier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 3-5 business days.
